The benefit of Digital services lies in empowering the Customer to pick and choose as per his liking and budget and the Network being able to ensure Revenue growth by enabling conversion of Impulse into Consumption one 24 x 7 basis

Cable Back-Office/Call Centre do not operate on 24 x 7 basis nor would it be feasible for them to receive and process orders over Phone/Mail/Push Invoice and collect the Amount per transaction

It follows that retailing of Video on Demand/Pay per View has to be though Self Care mode

DIY/Self-Care APP provides the Customer the option to choose and order anytime from anywhere and pay either from Balance parked with the Cable Network or through On Line/Wallet options




Micro- ATM




The MATM from UPASS comprises of a Mobile APP and a Blue Tooth Biometric Reader cum Card Reader. It has an optional Blue Tooth Printer for spot receipting and Mini- Statement

The MATM is integrated with Aadhaar Data Base for Customer authentication but also provides One Time Password Option for non-Aadhaar Card Holders

The MATM Device are mapped to the specific Business Partner engaged by the Bank and operates as per the respective Bank’s Business Rules in respect of Amount that can be accepted or paid, Balance that the Business Partner has with the Bank and operating hours
